The Leadership Class of M.W. William H. Berman met in Elizabethtown, PA the weekend of October 23-25th, 2009.

The Class of M.W. Joseph H. Rival 2010 will meet the weekend of October 22-24th in 2010.
This year's expeience was absolutely wonderful. The enthusiasm of the attendees was infectious. I noted that several groups of these new found friends stayed up until well past midnight discussing their plans for the future of their lodges.
Brs. George Heflich, Bill Anderson, and all of the presenters did an outstanding job. I cannot forget to mention Br. Kanowitz's three superb presentations which were entertaining while eminently informative.
My thanks go to everyone who attended for taking a weekend away from their families to hone the skills that they will need to be our future Masonic leaders.
Our future leaders, I was very happy to be a small part of this excellent conference. Outstanding job by Brother George and the entire staff. Thank you Grand Master for being a part of it.
Very nice picture. I understand that it was a very informative and well conducted conference.
Excellent Work. A Blessing on our Fraternity.
As a Senior Warden of my Lodge, I can not say how invaulable this weekend was. The Grand Master has truley given a gift of learning to the future leaders of NJ Freemasonry. Thank you so very much for this opportunity.
Great selection of course programs, very well organized material, and very experienced, passionate speakers who know their stuff... Combine that with kind, eager brethren, and it makes for a great weekend of learning and fellowship. Very happy to be part of it, and an organization which is investing in it's future the way the NJ Freemasons are doing!
Our Senior Warden, Josh Barnett attended. On Monday, he called me gushing over how great the weekend was. He came away with many ideas. I am confident that the knowledge he gained will be invaluable to him during his year as WM of our Lodge. As WM, it is my responsibility to see that my successor is worthy of the Chair. This program will be a large part of my feelings that Josh will be up to the task of leading our Lodge.
Thanks to all who participated. My only wish is that I had the opportunity to attend this type of program when I was first a Warden.
Fraternally,

I learned some invaluable tools which I know will aid me in being a better WM & leader of my lodge. The MLC is a testament of how committed Grand Lodge is to the future and success of NJ Freemasonry and it's leaders!
